A power nap is a short sleep taken during the working day to improve the quality of work later in the day.

Due to covid19 right now we all are in quarantine and very bored to stay all-time at home and feel very lazy and tired all the time. We are missing many of our daily lifestyle things, such as friends, shopping, hanging out, movies, fast food, and so on.

15 MINUTES POWER NAP TECHNIQUE-

First you have to lay on the bed or sit on the chair and close your eyes just like your sleeping mode. Now you must not have to move your body part you have to be still and silent and focus on the navel. In starting you might face some hindrance but if you practice it daily sure you will do.

Now focus on your navel and try to take a breath from your navel. Focus on inhaling and exhaling through the navel for 15 minutes. This is the whole process of the technique.  Make sure no thought is coming into your mind. If it is coming no problem doesn’t focus on it they will automatically go. In starting do it for 15 minutes and you can also increase your time. There is no problem if you go to sleep like this. This type of sleep also improves your mood refreshment and increases the quality and decreases the quantity of sleep.
